The website is organized and operated by an idealistic and really straight forward guy by the name of Ozzie Freedom, a very appropriate name. Ozzie has collected information on the web dealing with water vapor that is generated through a combination of electrolysis and hydrogen-generation devices and is used to derive better gas mileage from our inefficient gas guzzling cars and trucks. He claims that it is possible for technically challenged folks like myself to build and install simple devices in a truck and achieve much better miles per gallon. At the present time I am not driving my Mazda Pick-Up very much due to its extremely poor miles per gallon. ( 16MPG) . Along with that, the truck is very slow in acceleration and frankly can hardly get out of its own way.

That is, you leave the engine in there, unmodified or mostly unmodified, and you boost it up with water. Yes, it IS possible! And fairly easy."
