Installing The Water4Gas Hydrogen Generator

November 20th, 2008 · No Comments

I found this installation video on Youtube just recently and thought that I would show it here on my site. It is very clearly explained and the wiring shown in detail that I could see.  This is just another good, simple Hydrogen Generator that is relatively easy to build and not very difficult to install. This shows you what I have said repeatedly that you can’t beat the details, information and explanations that you get with purchase of the Water4Gas Manuals. Trying to do it on the cheap is okay but you miss so much and Hydrogen Generation is definitely not a toy. Anything which helps the combustion of gasoline  can also have some explosive power on its own. Why not be safe rather than sorry and go ahead and invest in the water4gas program. You won’t be sorry that you did.

I will embed the video after my close. hope you enjoy. Email me at jimclay1153@gmail.com if you would like the free ebook giving you information about the Water-Based Hybrid Field and I will send it to you. Thanks for reading and watching. Keep in touch and all the best, Jim

Also remember that to keep your gains you will need the electronic enhancers such as a quality built EFIE. I have favored fuelsavers.mpg. com because their products are not only quality constructed  but also reasonably priced.  You can see them here.

If you have any questions about the installation please email me at the above address and I will try and answer them for you. As you know, I use the Google Translation program so you are safe in emailing me in your native language. All the best, Jim

Consistent Results From Hydrogen On Demand System

November 13th, 2008 · No Comments

If you have been in this field for anytime you know that we are plagued with inconsistent results.  For example, we know that Hydrogen On Demand or the charged Water System from Water4gas works and has often brought pretty impressive results. We also know that these results are more times than not inconsistent and result in an aggravated and frustrated person who sometimes just gives up. I would suspect that that are a lot of us who know that hydrogen works, you can feel the difference in the engine and your Scan gauge tells you that it is working but not consistently enough to really say that with such and such a generator I am able to consistently show a 20-30 percent additional miles per gallon or Liter. I have been there and done that so I share some of your frustration. What I am leading up to is the following article explained in the next paragraph.

I had the pleasure of reading an article written by an experimenter and backyard mechanic the other day and noticed that he has achieved that elusive goal of ” consistency in his miles per gallon.”  Yes you read that right. He is able to achieve consistency and wrote a very interesting article on the Hydrogen On Demand System that he uses. I will give his URL at the end of this Post and encourage you all to read his article. I will give you just a brief outline of what he says but believe me it is something that you need to take to heart and apply if you want consistency in your savings of money and additional miles per gallon.

You have to know that the author is talking about not only a quality built Hydrogen Generator but also taking time before you begin adding things to ensure that you car is tuned.

I think that we all forget after awhile that a car’s tuning can give us a boost when it comes to getting more miles per gallon. Just something as easy as proper inflation of your tires and rotation to wear the tires evenly will have a positive impact on your miles per gallon. So the first thing is to have your car tuned as it was when you first began driving it. The author then  gives 8 points that if you  follow will give you the consistency that you need.

Point One- A quality Hydrogen Generator that gives you at least 1 to 1.5 Liter Per Minute of gas. He goes on to recommend  316L or better grade stainless steel in the terminals . There is a lot more guides that he mentions which I will not;  so read his report carefully.

Point two relates to his bubbler or vaporizer which he says has a easy pop off lid that acts as a pressure release valve.  There are several other importance points he makes also dealing with additional flashback Arrestors  that he also places in his vacuum hose from the generator and also places above the point of penetration of the car’s vacuum hoses.

Point three is an addition of a Fuel Heat Exchanger.   Point four touches on the EFIE which is my favorite sensor enhancer.  As you know I have found fuelsavers-mpg.com to be the least expensive and of very high quality.

Points five and six cover the Coolant Temperature Sensor Enhancer and he explains why he uses this CTS enhancer.  Point six covers another sensor this time the Intake Air Temperature sensor that he also adjusts and here he also suggests that you use a Scan- guage to determine the how the car’s computer sees the IAT values.

Points seven and eight.  For point seven you need to readjust the EFIE in light of the values that you are seeing with the other enhancements.  Point eight he talks about the MAP-MAF sensors and how they play an important part in the tweaking of sensors and all add their share to the Air Fuel Ratio.

He ends by noting that ” proper tuning of all the ECU’s various sensors  is the key to …keeping consistent mileage gains long-term.

As an addition to this Post let me emphasize once again that you need to purchase some one’s Manual to get everything that you need to build or hook up the wiring for the generator and sensor enhancers. I am partial to Water4Gas and to fuelsavers-mpg.com and suggest that you use them. With the Manuals you will have everything that you need, definitely state of the art.

Thanks for stopping by and reading the Posts. As you know, I have a free ebook on the background of a good hydrogen generator system that you can build. The book actually gives you a pretty good background in the field of Water-Based Hybrids . Drop me an email at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you.  Keep in touch and all the best, Jim

A Simple Hydrogen Generator

November 9th, 2008 · No Comments

Hello everyone. I think that the current Post about EFIE’s doesn’t seem to be very interesting to my audience so I will return to Hydrogen Generators.

I want to repeat that I will be glad to showcase on my site any photos from you-all that show hydrogen generators . I am always surprised at the many different elements and designs that go into building Hydrogen Generators. from the many backyard inventors and mechanics. It just goes to show you that building a working Hydrogen Generator is not so very difficult. As I have often said, if I can build one then any one can build them.

This following information comes from a gentleman from India by the name of Anto Suryanto. This design I thought was especially interesting in that the owner/builder says that he is able to generate 1.25cc per minute which translated by him into 7.5 Liters per minute of Hydrogen gas.. He has a Ford Everest Diesel 2.5Liter engine and is trying for a savings of 20-25% which I think is correct. I don’t know how he can keep his gains without some form of sensor enhancement such as a EFIE or MAP sensor. I am sure that he will email me and I will ask him whether he needs a sensor enhancer or not. I want to go ahead and list his photos so you can see them. I hope that what I show will give you some ideas for your own Hydrogen Generator. .

This photo shows the terminals. This is his description: “the terminal is composed of seven plates, with four plates being 304 stainless steel and wired to the negative pole of the terminal. The other is three plates of 316L stainless steel wired to the positive terminal. I believe he is showing the negative terminals side in this picture. I am sure that he has some separation of the plates and has ensured that each nest of plates receives the full measure of current without any leakage. Anto says that he has tested the current draw and he records 8 amps across the tops of the terminals. He uses KOH by the way which is Potash Lye an extremely strong base and caustic as well. I am not sure whether he uses Distilled water or just tap water.

The nest pictures shows the terminals in the canister, wired up and placed in the engine compartment.
Thanks for visiting, keep in touch and all the best. Remember if you would like the free ebook written in English about the Hydrogen On Demand System that you can build please email me at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you. All the best, Jim

Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancement & Hydrogen Generation

November 1st, 2008 · No Comments

I think that the Hydrogen Generator series on my website is about played out. Everyone is aware of the importance of the Hydrogen Generator to maximize your additional miles from a gallon of gasoline but not everyone is aware of how important the EFIE ( pronounced  E-fy ) is to the Hydrogen Generation System.  Frankly without the EFIE you probably will not be able to keep any gains that the Hydrogen Generator gives  you. It is a quirk of the fuel injection system of most newer cars and I am speaking about cars from 1988 to 2008  that the cars computer controls all aspects of the engine from timing to AFR or air-fuel-ratio. This latter is derived from the upstream oxygen sensor, the one closest to the catalytic converter. So when the additional oxygen from your Hydrogen Generator is detected in the exhaust system, the computer reacts by adding more fuel and thus enriches the fuel in the combustion chamber.

So How can you correct this naturally occurring situation?  Well there are several ways. One is with what is called a MAP sensor that floats a voltage on top of the MAP sensors voltage to fool the computer. And the other is by using what is called an EFIE that also floats a voltage on top of the oxygen sensor voltage also fooling the computer.  I favor using the EFIE because you are correcting the sensor which primarily feeds into the computer that handles the Air-Fuel-Ratio.  There are several very reputable companies on the web that sell these sensors. Eagle Research is one and the other one is fuelsavers-mpg.com where I  purchased  mine.

What I am showing in these two videos are first, a video on oxygen sensors and the second one is the beginning  video showing how to build an EFIE if your are interested.  For your information, a complete set of wiring plans for the initial wiring harness for a simplified Hydrogen Generator is included in the Water4Gas Manuals as is a complete wiring plans to build an EFIE , MAP and MAF Sensors.  The price for the two Manuals is $97.00 .  Anyway,  here is the first video.

This next video is a good explanation about the EFIE. In this video you will actually see an EFIE from Eagle Research. I bought this one when I was very new in this field. This EFIE is sold for $75.00 including shipping from Western Canada to my home in Western North Carolina. It took about three weeks to receive and is the same one that is sold by fuel-savers.mpg.com for $47.00 or about that. I like the way that fuel-savers boxes their EFIEs so that it is easier to establish the way points  for city and country driving.

Anyway, here is the second video of this series. As I come across interesting videos I will make sure to post them here. It is my idea that anyone visiting my website will be able to build their own hydrogen generator and have their EFIE without having to spend a lot of money. That of course is also the goal of the folks at Water4gas. The more their system is spread through out the world, the better it is for all of us.

If you are interested in a free ebook on the Water Gas Field I will send one to you. Just email me at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send one to you. Also I have a free ebook titled All About Efies that I will send you as well. Just email me at jimclay1153@gmail.com asking for that free ebook specifically. Thanks for stopping by and reading the Posts.  Keep in touch and all the best, Jim

Simple Water4Gas Hydrogen Generator

October 20th, 2008 · No Comments

I am re-running this Post on hydrogen generators again because I am afraid that you might have missed some of this information. Posting on a blog I have found that a really good article doesn’t last long until another one is put in its place. The more articles posted to the blog, the more difficult it is to really zero in on the really good ones about hydrogen generators that are filled with the information that you need to build a generator safely. So I have decided to rerun this first article in the series on building the Water4Gas simplified and easy to build generator. I have also added what is called a widget to the right side of the blog listing several good and timely articles on hydrogen generators and touching on both water4gas types and smack types.

This first video in the series deals with making the Plexiglas framework that you will hang the double twined 316L wire on and fastened both at the top for the terminal cap and the bottom on the framework itself. If you don’t understand much of that, just watch the video and you will see what I am talking about Remember too, that the 316L stainless steel wire should be at least doubled at the beginning if not tripled and then braided. He uses an electric drill which is common in the states but might not be all that common where you live. Just remember to braid the wire for greater surface for the hydrogen atoms to attached themselves to while the electrolysis is going on.

When you feel that you are ready to build, if you can, you should purchase plans from one of the companies on the web. The reason that I say to purchase the manuals is that none of these videos show you all the details in building that are clearly described in the manuals. There is just so much information that is helpful to you beside the pictures of the building process. For example, the first manual in this series deals with many gas saving tips. So many that you will not remember all of them, but some you should definitely put into use with each tank of gas you purchase. Just one more way to extend miles and save gas and money.

I use Water4gas and and some of the reasons that I do besides what I have said previously is that they have a great deal of information on their homepage and specially in their forum which can’t be found anywhere else. The forum is a priceless resource and any time you spend there is adding much hard to find data to your knowledge. There you can find all the information about building the generators, about installing them, trouble-shooting the system and best of all, a lot of people who can answer your questions without making you feel dumb for asking. Well I think that I have talked enough. Here is the video. Let me know what you thought about it. Make a comment if you wish. I will be glad to answer you. Remember, no question is dumb, only those questions never asked are the dumb ones.

You should go ahead and watch the other two on my website and finish up the series. That should give you a rough idea of what you will need to complete a finished generator. Keep in touch. Thanks for stopping by and reading and looking at the videos. I have a free basic ebook on the water based hybrids that I will send you. Jusr email me at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you. All the best, Jim.

Hydrogen Generators By Punch HHO

October 17th, 2008 · No Comments

This is a video of a specific type of Hydrogen Generator called a Punch HHO Generator with a bubbler added to the generating unit. The reason I have added this one is that it is a quality made hydrogen generator capable of generating at least 1.5 Liters per minute from the smallest one to a whopping 3.0 or more Liters per minute from ones designed to be used by large trucks, including turbo- diesels.

Here are some pictures of the inner parts of the generator showing plates and terminals. I am not sure these will visualize.

http://www.punchhho.com/pictures/tn/PIC-0150.jpg

If you cannot see these you can go to their website at Punch HHO.com and review it all. Its certainly worth a look. Here is the video.

As you can see the way the plates are added as the terminals is very reminiscent of Smacks Booster with their dimpled plates. It isn’t discussed on Punch HHO website whether their plates are dimpled or not, but I suspect they are to be able to generate that amount of hydrogen gas in the small space of the generator body. Also I think that they must use a metal generator body in the larger ones and a heat resistant PVC grade in the smaller ones similar to Smacks early boosters. Its a nice clean and super-efficient generator and it is not cheap in price by any means.

But you know that you get what you pay for and a cheap made generator won’t give you much hydrogen gas like this one will.  They do announce sales of older generators that have been re-furbished  by their factory. As I said, its certainly worth a trip to their website to see what they are showing.

If you have built your generator let me know and I will allow you to add a video or a set of photos to my website to show your generator. As many of you know, I use Google Translator in my emails to some of you so it won’t be difficult to add your generator information to one of my Posts. I would be proud to show your work here at Tapwaterforgas.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my Posts. If you would like a copy of the free ebook ( written in English), just drop me an email at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you.  Keep in touch and all the best, Jim

Simple Hydrogen Generator, Part 3

October 13th, 2008 · No Comments

Please remember while you are watching the videos that the Water4Gas folks use a simple format in the hopes that everyone every where can find the essential elements of these generators and are able to take advantage of this technology and use it even in the poorest of countries. I’m proud to be an affiliate of Water4gas and that type of thinking is frankly what sold me on their manuals plus all the information that they give you.

Water4gas generators are just about everywhere in the world and really there is no good reason why they shouldn’t be all over the globe and be as common as dirt. They work, they give you that added benefit of squeezing more miles out of a valuable gallon of gasoline. In their forum and all the other forums people like us build the generators, sweat over them ( I did) and tweak them where necessary and are given the most precious of byproducts, clean exhaust, way less pollution and more miles.

Here is the third video. Enjoy and let me know when you decide to build your own and become one of us instead of a spectator.

HHO Electrolyzer 3 of 3. Cap & Core Assembly - Water4gas - More free videos are here

And in case you still need more proof see this video from the UK, I think. Its interesting and the guy gives some very interesting testimony about the operation of his hydrogen generator.
This guy is just like you and me. I don’t think that he is a trained and certified type of mechanic just an average guy who built his generator and gets his additional miles per gallon.   Don’t you just admire a guy like this?    Thanks for watching and reading my Posts. Keep in touch and all the best in your endeavors too.By the way I have a free ebook on the Water For Gas Field that I will give you. Just drop me a line at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you.  If you don’t speak English, no problem as long as you don’t mind the Google Translator Program. I just write my reply to you in idiomatic English and translate it verbatim to your language. It probably isn’t very cultured but I think that you will understand me. Take care, Jim

Simple, Easy Built Hydrogen Generators, Part 2

October 12th, 2008 · No Comments

This is the next video in the series. Actually if you are following along you have a pretty good grounding in the elements of building a simple Hydrogen Generator. I still think that it is a good idea to go ahead and buy the manuals from Watr4gas because purchase of the manuals gives you entree into the Water4gas website and specifically  for the open market  ( buy or build, excess parts, installers, etc.)  that will really help you.  Along with the open market is a listing of those in some of the many countries that will build or install.   The first manual is really about gas saving tips and is worth much more than what it costs. The second manual is all about building with a lot more than covered by these two or three videos. Check out the Water4gas website and you will see what I mean.   Anyway here is video two.

I hope you enjoyed this video. I will hang number three Monday completing the 3 part video presentation of building a simple Hydrogen Generator. Remember too that at this writing the generator still does require the tweaking care of an EFIE. Check out my website for much more on simple Hydrogen Generators and EFIEs.

For those of you who still need a thorough grounding in the water hybrid field, drop me an email at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send you my free ebook. Thanks for stopping by and reading my Posots. Keep in touch and all the best, Jim

Building A Water4Gas Hydrogen Generator

October 9th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I think that you will be interested in this video from YouTube. This will be a series of three videos showing exactly how to build a working Hydrogen Generator. The builders name is attached to this video.  My purpose in showing this to you in case you haven’t seen it was to show you how easy it is to build this particular type of generator. If you are interested in building one and getting 15-25% additional mpg or mpL,  this is the one to start with.

HHO Electrolyzer Core Assembly Water4gas 1 of 3 - Click here for this week’s top video clips

The company is Water4gas and is located here in the states in California. They have a very active and cutting edge forum. One of the recent discussions was on  the topic that you can restrict the air flow to your air intake on your engine and it seems to act on your engine like your car is actually at a high altitude which causes the computer to lean out the gasoline flow to the fuel injection system.  Right now we are continually tweaking the sensors, both EFIEs as well as MAP sensors to keep our mileage gains from HHO. Truly I need to read up on this information but acting in sequence with the HHO and the restriction of air to the engine has resulted in  some of the forum guys to begin to get savings in the 40 percent range.  Not all agree with this summary but the excitement is that a bunch of not so average guys like you and me  are doing what the Administration, Congress and the pathetic politicians aren’t doing.

Come join us. This is an exciting time in the field of Water Hybrids and you should be a part of it. Forget all the naysayers who always need to depress everyone with their gripes. That forum and others ( Yahoo Forums) is where the real action is taking place. But please make sure that you buy the Water4Gas Manuals. They are clearly laid out and very explicit in their pictures and descriptions. They provide a solid foundation for your building and as I said, their forum cannot be beat.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my Posts. The free ebook is still available. Just drop me an email at jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you by return email. Keep in touch, all the best, Jim     By the way, I will post the remaining videos for building the Water4Gas Generator in the coming days. If you get a chance check out the HHO videos on YouTube.

Save On Gas, Use A Hydrogen Generator

September 30th, 2008 · No Comments

You can save money on gas by using a Hydrogen Generator. This was the news from http://Tapwaterforgas.com , an authority site for Water Hybrids and Hydrogen Generation.Although this is an old technology, it has been increasing in the number of experimenters who have signed on and tested and proven its validity.
Hydrogen Generation using electrolysis of distilled water and a catalyst of soda bicarbonate or lye fractionate the water into its constituent parts of hydrogen and oxygen. The hydrogen and oxygen is then combined with tap water and added to the vehicle’s vacuum system . The results have been mainly favorable and have resulted in an increase in miles per gallon.
Tapwaterforgas.com has been writing about this fascinating field of Water Hybrids since March 2008 and has reported on many interesting applications that help the average motorist begin to maximize the factory determined miles per gallon, often somewhat restricted and not often in the owner’s favor.
Recent new applications in this field have included: the use of Plasma Based Spark Plugs, new types of sensors that work for the owner such as EFIEs or Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancements and of course new types of Hydrogen Generators. These latter changes are mainly changes in the size of the Generators which allows several to be banded together and used in tandem either under the vehicle’s hood during driving or in a charged water system.
For more information about the Water Hybrids and Hydrogen Generation contact Jim Clay at http: Tapwaterforgas.com or you can email him at jimclay1153@gmail.com.
I couldn’t wait to place this video on the website. This is called Hydrogen Generator 101. I think that it is not only very instructive but also easy to build and use. Remember that HHO is only the first step. The EFIE or MAP enhancement is the next. There are other things that you can add as well. But these two items,   the HHO cell and the EFIE are the essential parts. Enjoy the video.  Don’t forget that you can get a free ebook about the Water Gas field and HHO cells in particular. Just drop me an email at jimclay1153@gmail.com.  All the best, Jim
