Free Report On Supplements That Work
Posted Under: 10 Pounds (Snap) Like THAT?,Weight Programs That Work
Although alternate fuels is a very important part of my Web Blog, there is another area that was forced upon me by a heart attack in August 2005 and that is fitness. I had 5 bypasses built in my heart from the damage of the heart attack and subsequently found myself on a low fat low cholesterol diet along with a required exercise program at the local Cardiac Rehabilitation Center. Well, not to put too fine of a word on it, this exercise program sparked my interest in fitness for the more mature
) ( 60 and up) .
I am 70 and I figured that if I can shave weight off my stomach and chest then anyone could do it. I exercise 50 minutes a day, three days a week in the safe confines of a hospital cardiac program. I am weighed, blood pressure checked along with my pulse before and after exercise so I am pretty safe from bad problems that could kick in. One of the programs that I have been using outsidei the hospital are the programs developed by Jon Benson, a Trainer from Dallas, Texas who specializes in the more mamture of out population. I have mentioned saome of his programs here but I think that they were lost in the interest generated by the hydrogen boosoters, EFIE's and other electronic technologies. The reason that I mention Jon now is that he has sent me a free report on supplements that he says work and mentions those that in his opinion aren't going to help you. Even though this report is free you really need to add some of his easy fat burning programs to your daily exercise. Did I also mention that Jon has a free ten day introduction to his courses that will give you a good idea of what he does and is selling ? Anyway, if you would like me to send you the free ebook just send me an email at the following address: jimclay1153@gmail.com and I will send it to you. No obligation, the report is free. It is 31 pages so look for a big attachment on the email from me. As always thanks for taking the time to read the Posts. All the best, Jim
