Fourth Day Of My Diet

[lang_en]I can’t believe that I am in the fourth day of my diet following the guidelines of Jon Benson and his course, Fit Over Forty. Since I am way past forty I wondered if I could even stay the course but surprise, I can and have. I am following a free 10 day introductory course that Jon calls, Loose ten Pounds (snap) Just like That. His claim that it is a fat burner type of course and his repeated comments that you don’t have to starve yourself really was right up my alley. I figure that if I can do it at my age and my general physical condition and after a major heart attack several years ago then anyone can do it and achieve success.

Day one was a discussion necessarily abbreviated of course about what Jon will send and discuss with me by email. He suggested that I buy his book but wasn’t pushy about it. I decided that I was going the cheap way so I successfully resisted his suggestion about the book. This first email and the subsequent ones have been filled with really good information and have become quite a valuable resource in my fitness program.

The second day began with tips about what Jon calls, fasting cardio-workouts. His suggestion that I workout in the morning on a basically empty stomach does work. I followed his suggestion that I just have a cup of coffee in my stomach then exercise on a walker or walk around the block walking briskly for twenty minutes. That was about it for me. I am doing that everyday and have seen some results. I think that I have lost weight or at least tightened up just in four days. Now let me say that I am also in a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and exercise vigorously three days a week for forty minutes, twenty minutes on the walker and twenty minutes on an exercise bike so it is a little hard to decide that Jon’s program is the sole reason for my tightening up but it definitely helps. If you are not in a program like mine perhaps you should take a closer look at Jon’s, Fit Over Forty.

Day three and four covered such things as eating protein, carbs and fats and the percentages of each. Jon follows this very closely along with the exercise and has really achieved remarkable results. One of the Doctors that he quotes by the way, is in his 80’s. How about that. If you are interested, you will get a lot of free advice by his emails and access to Jon’s program is just a few dollars away For me, Fit Over Forty should be Fit Over 70 and beyond.

I will update this post when I can and have something interesting to discuss. Check back as I continue my fitness program. If you are interested, you should at least sign up for the free 10 day course .[/lang_en]
